This policy explains what Mug Shift Crew (mugshiftcrew) collects when you visit mugshiftcrew.com or place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and the items you bought. Payment details are handled by Shopify Payments or your chosen payment provider; we never see your full card number.
• Device data: browser, IP address, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies by Shopify and our analytics and advertising tools (Meta Pixel).

Why

To fulfil and ship your order, send order updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and measure and improve our advertising. With your consent where required, we may email you about new faces and offers; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store platform), our fulfilment partner (to ship the parcel), payment providers, the shipping carrier, and advertising and analytics providers (Meta, Google). We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, by writing to mugshiftcrew@outlook.com. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law require. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
