Sizing
One adult size. The fabric is a thin four-way stretch, so it fits small to XL heads and sits flat under a helmet and behind goggles. The eye opening is a wide white slot; goggles cover it completely. The fleece lining covers head, face and neck, so there is no cold gap above your collar.
Care
Machine wash cold, hang dry, don’t iron the print. The face is dyed into the fibres, not printed on top, so it doesn’t crack or peel wash after wash.

So real it gets a double-take
The face is dye-sublimated straight into the fabric: pores, stubble, the gap, the stray grey hairs. No iron-on patch, no print line across the nose. From the lift it reads as a person. Up close it reads as a very committed person.
Goggles up, mask off, and the lift line finally gets the joke.
A real ski mask first. The joke is free.
Fleece lining traps heat, the outer weave blocks wind, and the fabric wicks moisture so your breath vents instead of fogging your goggles. Head, face and neck in one piece, so there is no cold gap above your collar.
The thin four-way stretch sits flat under a helmet and behind goggles without bunching, and one adult size covers small to XL. Buy one for a friend and watch the whole crew turn up.
Bought for the laugh. Kept for the warmth.
Warmest thing in my bag
“Got Gappy Gus for one run as a joke. Three weekends later it's the only mask I pack. Sits flat under the helmet, nothing bunches up.”
Phones came out before the top
“Wore Mick up the gondola and people were taking photos before we reached the station. Goggles stayed clear the whole day.”
Crew Pack for the trip
“Bought the Crew Pack for our group. Lift line comedy every single morning. Well made and fits everyone in the group.”
Questions from the lift line
Does it fit under a helmet and goggles?
Yes. The fabric is thin and stretchy, so it sits flat under a ski helmet and behind goggles. Goggles sit over the eye slot, so the print is the only face anyone sees.
Is it a real ski mask or a gag?
A real one. It is a fleece-lined, wind-blocking balaclava that covers head, face and neck. The face is the bonus.
Will the print wash off?
No. The face is dye-sublimated into the fibres rather than printed on top, so it doesn’t crack or peel. Machine wash cold and hang dry.
Will my goggles fog up?
No. The fabric is breathable and moisture-wicking, so your breath vents through the mask instead of pushing up into your goggles.
What are the Crew Packs?
The Crew Pack is one of each face, Gappy Gus, Mustache Mick and Grandpa Gene, for the price of two: $57.90 instead of $86.85. The Crew Pack x2 is two of each, six masks for the price of three: $86.85 instead of $173.70.
One honest note: the single Mustache Mick is the version with the cigarette. The Mick in the packs is the classic one without it. Same mustache, same mask.
