Where we ship

United States and the European Union (all 27 member states). If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us and we will tell you when it will be.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 business day (orders placed after noon or on weekends start the next business day). Masks ship from our production partner, so allow 10 to 15 business days in the US and 15 to 30 business days in Europe, counted from the day the parcel ships. Carrier delays, customs and holidays can add time. You get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned, and you can follow it any time on the Track order page.

Cost

Standard shipping is $3.95 in the US and $4.95 in Europe for the first mask, plus $1 for each additional mask in the order. US orders of $75 or more ship free. The Crew Pack counts as one item.

Customs

Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices.

Late or lost

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of purchase, contact us with your order number and we will refund you in full or send a replacement.
