30-day returns

If the mask is not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Write to mugshiftcrew@outlook.com with your order number before sending anything back and we will send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Outbound shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong face.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to send the mask back.

Want a different character? Place a new order for the face you want and return the first one under the policy above.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
